About Us
What We Do
Welcome to O'John Roofing! We replace and repair shingle, tile, metal and flat roofs across Lake Mary and Seminole County. We use quality materials so your roof lasts for years to come, and our commitment to honest advice and customer service is why homeowners keep recommending us.
Our Story
Nick O'John started roofing at 15, learning tile and shingle work from his father, Joe. Today he runs O'John Roofing in Lake Mary and still does the work himself, so the person who inspects your roof is the person who fixes it.
We replace and repair tile, shingle, metal and flat roofs across Lake Mary, Heathrow, Sanford and the rest of Seminole County. Recent jobs include tile re-roofs in Alaqua Lakes, Lake Forest and Timacuan, most finished in about a week, and a 10,000 square foot TPO flat roof.
Our approach is simple: we show you photos of what we find, tell you honestly whether you need a repair or a new roof, and give you a clear written price before any work starts.
What Sets Us Apart
The Owner Does the Work
Nick O'John is on your roof himself, from the free inspection to the final cleanup. You get straight answers from the person doing the job, not a salesperson.
Honest Repair-or-Replace Advice
If your roof has years left, we fix it and tell you so. We show you photos of what we find and give you a clear written price before any work starts, so you can decide with the facts in front of you.
Learned the Trade From His Father
Nick started roofing at 15 alongside his father, Joe, learning tile and shingle work the old-fashioned way. That hands-on experience is why tile roofs are our specialty today.
We Know Florida Roofs
Sun, heat, summer storms and hurricane season are hard on roofs here. We build and repair roofs for Central Florida weather, and we check the flashing, underlayment and edges where storm damage usually starts.
A Local Lake Mary Business
O'John Roofing is based in Lake Mary and works across Seminole County. When you call, you reach Nick himself, not a call center.
