Flat Roof Repair & Replacement in Lake Mary

Flat and low-slope roofs need a different system than shingles or tile. We install TPO, a white single-ply membrane that reflects Florida sun and handles standing water better than older roll roofing. Recent projects include a 10,000 square foot TPO roof. Watch for water that stays on the roof more than a day or two after rain, blisters or bubbles in the surface, cracks or open seams, and leaks inside, often near walls and drains. Flat roofs usually fail at seams, edges and penetrations first, so small problems found early are cheaper to fix.

We repair seams, patch punctures and blisters, re-flash walls, drains and vents, and improve drainage where water sits. If the roof has too many problems to patch, we will give you a written price for a full replacement so you can compare.
